smoky, spicy, and utterly delicious Indian appetizer โ perfect for grills, ovens, or stovetop pans!
๐งพ Ingredients:

250g paneer, cut into cubes

1/2 cup thick curd (yogurt)

1 tbsp Orika Tandoori Masala (or your preferred blend)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp oil
-
Salt to taste

1 onion & 1 capsicum, cut into cubes (optional, for skewering)
๐ฅฃ Marination:

In a bowl, mix curd, Orika Tandoori Masala, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and salt.

Add paneer cubes (and veggies if using). Coat well.

Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for richer flavor).
๐ฅ Cooking Options:

Grill/Oven: Preheat to 200ยฐC. Place skewers or pieces on a tray, grill for 12โ15 mins or until slightly charred.

Stovetop: Heat a non-stick pan or tawa with a little oil. Cook paneer on medium heat until golden and slightly crispy on edges.

Tandoor: If youโre lucky enough to have one โ go for it!
