Desi Tandoori Paneer Delight

smoky, spicy, and utterly delicious Indian appetizer โ€“ perfect for grills, ovens, or stovetop pans!

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

  • 250g paneer, cut into cubes

  • 1/2 cup thick curd (yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp Orika Tandoori Masala (or your preferred blend)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 onion & 1 capsicum, cut into cubes (optional, for skewering)

๐Ÿฅฃ Marination:

  1. In a bowl, mix curd, Orika Tandoori Masala, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and salt.

  2. Add paneer cubes (and veggies if using). Coat well.

  3. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for richer flavor).

๐Ÿ”ฅ Cooking Options:

  • Grill/Oven: Preheat to 200ยฐC. Place skewers or pieces on a tray, grill for 12โ€“15 mins or until slightly charred.

  • Stovetop: Heat a non-stick pan or tawa with a little oil. Cook paneer on medium heat until golden and slightly crispy on edges.

  • Tandoor: If youโ€™re lucky enough to have one โ€“ go for it!

๐Ÿ‹ Serving:

Serve hot with mint chutney, lemon wedges, and sliced onions. Perfect as a snack, starter, or party dish!
